A Gentle Nervous System Reset & Energy Healing Experience
Return to Light is an intimate, supportive gathering designed to help you soften, release, and come back home to yourself.
You’ll be guided through a private sound bath layered with channeled light language and Reiki energy healing, allowing your body and nervous system to gently unwind. We’ll explore simple, accessible somatic movements and grounding tools you can use in daily life to calm anxiety, regulate your nervous system, and feel more present in your body. If there is time we may explore the forest trail nearby and immerse ourselves in the energy there.
You'll leave with valuable tools you can use to regulate your nervous system, support sleep, reconnect to your intuition and help improve your overall quality and enjoyment of life.
