A Gentle Nervous System Reset & Energy Healing Experience
Return to Light is an intimate, supportive gathering designed to help you soften, release, and come back home to yourself.
You’ll be guided through a private sound bath layered with channeled light language and Reiki energy healing, allowing your body and nervous system to gently unwind. We’ll explore simple, accessible somatic movements and grounding tools you can use in daily life to calm anxiety, regulate your nervous system, and feel more present in your body.
This experience is held as a safe, non-judgmental space to release the emotional weight you’ve been carrying — stress, overwhelm, grief, or simply the tiredness of holding it all together. There is also time for questions, reflection, and gentle integration.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, steadier, and more connected — grounded back into your body, your breath, and your inner strength.
